In the crowded US beauty space, clinical claims alone weren’t enough to stand out. No7 needed an approach that could surprise, entertain, and disrupt expectations: enter humour, an untapped tone of voice for the brand.

Working with comedy director Nick Jasenovec (Drunk History, New Girl, Superbad), we created a campaign built around a simple truth: the results of No7 Lift & Luminate Serum are just too good to keep to yourself. Once you see the transformation in your skin, you can’t help but share the secret, even if it’s at the most inappropriate time.

The campaign gave No7 a distinct and playful voice in the competitive US skincare market, moving the brand beyond clinical efficacy into an entertaining space.
